Worksheets included:
— Minimalist Daily Page —
• Start the day strong by outlining your 5 most important tasks and upcoming events you want to keep top of mind
• Plan out your schedule to keep track of important meetings and work sprints
• Maintain a healthy body with meal and workout trackers to ensure you're always performing at your best!
• Keep track of daily expenses for easier expense tracking
• Notes section captures future plans and notes... anything you like!
Suggested use:
• At the end of the workday, fill out your plans for the next day, taking action on anything in your notes section
• During the day, if anything new comes up (e.g., new due date for an exam), DO NOT put it straight into your planner... Just write it down in the notes section.
• At the end of the day, from the notes section, fill-in all your new due dates and assignments in your planner.
This method of saves you valuable time by scheduling your tasks in bulk rather than right when you find out about them. It also reduces decision fatigue. The design of this sheet was inspired by Cal Newport, who first explained this strategy (but did not have a printable available to go along with it).
