Minimalist Daily Page Planner Worksheet
This daily page is not just about planning your day, but about optimizing how you spend your time planning.
How to use:
• Before bed, fill out the events, upcoming, schedule, and to-do sections
• During the day, if anything new comes up (e.g., new due date for an exam), DO NOT put it straight into your planner... Just write it down in the notes section.
• At the end of the day, from the notes section, fill-in all your new due dates and assignments in your planner.
This method of saves you valuable time by scheduling your tasks in bulk rather than right when you find out about them. It also reduces decision fatigue. The design of this sheet was inspired by Cal Newport, who first explained this strategy (but did not have a printable available to go along with it).
