Account Information Tracker Sheets
Have a lot of passwords? Want a better way to store them to avoid getting hacked?
This simple account information tracker allows you to print and hand-write your passwords all in one convenient place that can't be easily accessed by hackers (i.e., physically in your house, not digitally on your drive, cloud storage, an app, etc.).
Worksheets included:
• Account Info Tracker (x2 designs) – track your usernames/emails and passwords with a simple table format, including a section to mark when it was last updated to ensure you are updating passwords regularly
Some tips on how to keep your information safe with this printable:
• If you definitely memorize your password but aren't sure which email you used for each website, feel free to leave the password field blank!
• Conversely, if you definitely memorize your username or email, you could leave that field blank!
• You might also consider only writing down part of your password!
• Keep this paper in a safe place!
• If you save this sheet digitally, encrypt the file!
• Check over any current password managers you're using (e.g., Google Chrome saved passwords); this could be easily accessed if someone gains access to your computer!
• Change your passwords every 3 months!
There are many different strategies to keep your information safe; this is only one of them! But I wanted to make this sheet available for anyone who prefers this strategy for security.
